Brief

Project overview

We were asked to develop a user friendly portal site for the Pedorthic Association of Australia (PAA).

The site needed to incorporate a members area for PAA members, have a Certified Pedorthic Locator for the public wanting to find a pedorthist in their area, and facilitate annual membership purchases for existing and new members.

We were also involved in refining the brand identity and creating a visual brand guidelines document with colour, fonts, do’s and don’ts and general logo rules.

Digital

Website

The website was a large task in creating as it had many facets that need to communicate with each other. There was a CRM, eCommerce, memberships and locations parts to the website.

With the CRM component, the PAA required information from the website (memberships & subscriptions data) to flow into HubSpot. The PAA required an online  membership platform, with renewable annual subscriptions. The PAA members can access restricted content on the website when they login. An annual Member Certificate is created and automatically added to their online account which can be downloaded.

The PAA events are searchable online and can be purchased from the website. An email ticket with QR code is sent to the attendee that can be taken to the event for entry.

A searchable certified pedorthic locator was created so the public can find pedorthists in their area. This locator uses Google maps as a visual representation. The user can search by the pedorthists’ qualification, km radius and keyword.
