BillWill is a digital service designed to simplify the process of closing or transferring your bills and subscriptions after death. It helps ease the burden on your loved ones by managing the administrative tasks associated with accounts such as utilities, streaming services, and other subscriptions.

We were commissioned by Good Behaviour to collaborate on the creation of the BillWill brand. Our role extended from the initial stages of conceptualising and designing the brand identity, ensuring that it embodied the essence of BillWill's mission to streamline posthumous account management, to the execution of various brand assets.
We took a comprehensive approach to the brand's development, starting with the visual identity. This involved crafting a logo and overall aesthetic that was not only distinctive but also resonated with the sensitive nature of the service BillWill provides. The design needed to evoke trust, simplicity, and professionalism while remaining approachable for users during a challenging time.
Beyond the core identity, our work included the design and production of print materials, ensuring consistency across all mediums, from marketing collateral to legal documents. These materials served as crucial touchpoints, communicating BillWill's message clearly and effectively to potential users and partners alike.
In addition to print, we were also responsible for the design and development of BillWill’s website. Our focus here was on creating a user-friendly digital experience, where functionality and ease of use were paramount. The website not only needed to serve as an informational hub but also as a seamless conduit to the platform where users could sign up, manage their accounts, and navigate through the service's offerings with confidence.
