Audi South Africa has been a player on the South African market since the late 1960s. Given brand independence in the early 1990s, the Audi Brand has grown in leaps and bounds in a very short time.

Audi South Africa required the creation of an induction DVD to be used for training their staff and dealers. This DVD was designed to comprehensively cover various aspects of the Audi brand, providing essential information and insights to ensure a thorough understanding of the company's values, products, and operations.

The final product was a 45-minute DVD divided into seven main sections. Each section focused on different facets of the Audi brand, such as company history, product lineup, technological innovations, customer service principles, brand values, marketing strategies, and operational procedures. This structure ensured that viewers received a holistic overview of Audi's business and brand ethos.

To bring this project to life, a detailed script was meticulously crafted to cover all necessary content in an engaging and informative manner. A professional voiceover artist was then brought in to record the narration, ensuring a polished and professional delivery.

With the script and voiceover completed, Nick Krull took charge of the technical aspects of the project. He began by digitising all the provided footage, converting it into a format suitable for video editing. This footage, typical of the early 2000s, was in a 4:3 aspect ratio and standard definition (SD), reflecting the technological standards of that time.

Nick then proceeded to edit the videos, carefully arranging the footage to align with the scripted narration. His editing work ensured a seamless flow of information, making the content both informative and easy to follow. Additionally, he designed exclusive composite visuals for all the DVD menus. These custom designs provided an intuitive and visually appealing interface, enhancing the overall user experience.
